Shipping & returns
Everything you need to know about how your Maivication order ships, and our return policy.
All sales are final — with one exception: size exchanges.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Size exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery — see details below. Please review sizing details and photos carefully before checking out — each product page lists the size the model is wearing for reference.
Shipping
Orders over $100 ship free — the discount applies automatically at checkout.
Orders under $100 ship for a flat $5.
Processing times and delivery windows will be confirmed once your order is placed.
Size exchanges
Size exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery. To qualify, the exchange must be initiated within that 5-day window — after that, the sale is final.
Size exchanges are for a different size of the same item only. We do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges for a different product.
To start a size exchange, reach out through our contact page within 5 days of delivery and we will arrange it.
Returns & exchanges
Because every sale is final, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for any reason, including sizing. Size exchanges are the only exception — see above. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out through our contact page and we will make it right.
